Work rules are a set of regulations that must be implemented and obeyed by all employees during working hours or company operational hours. For examples, presence at work is very important for the progress of the company. Discipline and dress Ethics are one of the work rules that must be implemented. Respect and harmony in work must be applied.  Employees are expected to be present on time according to the working hours set by their respective workplace. If there is an urgent need that results in a delay, the employee must notif the superior or HR (Human Resource) Department first. The Level of attendance has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0,132 or 13,2℅.  Hari ini Senin, 15 Januari 2024 saya belajar tentang bagaimana menulis deskriptif teks dalam bahasa Inggris. Ada beberapa hal yang saya pelajari.  1. Memahami struktur kalimat dalam teks deskriptif.  2. Memahami subjek dalam kalimat.  3. Memahami predikat dalam kalimat.  • Struktur kalimat teks deskriptif antara lain : a. Judul Struktur judul adalah nama atau istilah yang digunakan untuk buku, bab, berita, atau lainnya, dan merupakan cerminan dari seluruh isi karya. b.
