Do work rules have a big impact on the company?
Work rules are a set of regulations that must be implemented and obeyed by all employees during working hours or company operational hours. For examples, presence at work is very important for the progress of the company. Discipline and dress Ethics are one of the work rules that must be implemented. Respect and harmony in work must be applied.
Employees are expected to be present on time according to the working hours set by their respective workplace. If there is an urgent need that results in a delay, the employee must notif the superior or HR (Human Resource) Department first. The Level of attendance has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0,132 or 13,2℅. This means that the higher the level of accurate attendance at the company, the higher the level of employee performance.
Employees must dress neatly and in accordance with the company dress code. Clothing that is inappropriate or has the potential to disrupt the work environment is not permitted. Dress etiquette at work is very important because it can increase credibility, especially when interacting with colleagues, superiors, and clients.
Employees are required to communicate politely and respect the opinions of colleagues. Actions that could create tension or conflict in the workplace should be avoided. Harmony in the work environment is very important to maintain a comfortable and peaceful work situation.
So work regulations are very important to regulate all work activities because they have a big influence on the company's progress. There are many more work rules depending on each company and how they manage their employees. With the existence of work regulations, the work environment becomes more orderly and efficient. This can increase productivity and overall company performance because employees focus on their tasks without being distracted by internal problems.
